This month's seniority list is 571 pilots. Last month was 577. That despite having two more classes on the list. And the class that was supposed to start this week was cancelled because no one showed up. Not a single pilot!
Pilots today are able to do research on the internet and see what Flexjet is all about.
That is the reason they are not showing up to class. They see what the situation is there and don’t want to jump into a toxic environment.
They heard the stories and promises which turned out to be lies and the old bait and switch.
