That's equivalent to 113.2 TFP in a month at Southwest 5th year FO payscale.

A classmate of mine lives in DEN and bids reserve by choice. Simply due to work rules, he's at 118 TFP this month having worked 9 days and having 15 days off (phone off) total.

In other words... if he were a 5th-year guy ($135/tfp), he would have made slightly more. Should he choose to, he could fly more and make a lot more... hence the question whether United WB FO's can choose to fly more other than just depending on 75 hour guarantee.

Like ANG says, work rules/rigs make all the difference in the world.
