Training center guy here. If you are simply beyond 90 days with landings, then the sim event is no big deal. Called Recency of Experience. Rejected takeoff. 3 takeoffs and landings. One with a V1 cut to a single engine landing. All training, no jeopardy unless unable to complete those tasks sucessfully in a two hour block.
