With the nonstop junior mans how about we gey rid of the absolute b.s. of premium pay OR day in lieu. I want my premium pay because my life was disrupted AND i want my damn day off back. How about no more of the crap that you have to do a bunch of paperwork to get your perdiem for out of domicile training. How about long/short hotels or at the very least better hotel language that the company cant abuse. Alot more than just hard pay rates. All vacations primary would be nice too.
