My family is flying somewhere (wife and 2 young boys) and I would like to help them get through security and to the gate.

Is there a proper way I can do this? I talked to the ticket agent and she said they are only supposed to give gate passes to those taking an unaccompanied minor to the gate.

I don't have a KCM card yet, just a company ID.
