I hope all of you put these requests in the surveys the union sent out over the years. Nothing they can do about it now.
I do put those requests in. But when they say the typical survey response was asking for double digit raises and then they go around and ask for a 1.0% raise it really makes me wonder why we pay for those damn surveys when they disregard the data anyway.
