Could anyone here explain to me what the implications would be for a new hire in their first year if it comes to Frontier pilots exercising their right to strike?
It is my understanding that pilots are not protected by the union until year 2, so they would subjected to either being fired by the company or crossing the line and become a SCAB. Is this accurate?
I am just wanting to make sure prospective pilots such as myself, who have never worked with an unionized labor force, take this into consideration if my info is accurate.
