don't make the mistake of thinking if you get some magic threshold of time that you will be hired. They have rejected pilots with lots of international, Airbus , PIC time and then hired someone from the exact same interview group with zero PIC time and less than a year at a 121 airline. So when you figure out how they make a decision like that, then please tell the rest of us.
It was not just a one time thing, there are plenty of examples of the above. Plus pilots interviewing 3,4 or more times. Nothing really changed in their experience except a few more hours since the last interview.
