As someone who spent 89 days on strike, I ASSURE YOU that striking doesn't count as a "termination" on your record! It's a technicality which is made whole in the new CBA. All records are expunged. An actual termination results from a disciplinary proceeding under the CBA. "Whole different animal".
Sometimes I really wonder where you youngsters come up with this stuff.
Edit: Delta Air Lines is probably the only legacy carrier who will hold a strike against you.
