Thanks for the excellent explanation and examples. Sincerely, appreciate it. Although it would seem odd to me to have these displacements considering the massive growth in Airbus 321, 330-900 and 350 and the C-series. It just seems to be a checkers type move rather than a chess game considering many of the displaced folks could possibly have held A position in one of the newer aircraft on the way. This seems to put a significant burden on the training department and the folks being displaced considering that the next AE, may have positions they could have held without displacing to another aircraft of domicile. Is this flawed logic?
