So, I heard that most of the December CRJ class either did not make it or quit. That in some cases Mesa paid people for 4.5 months, but were let go for failing 2 sims. What ever happened to training to proficiency? Oh that's right we don't train to proficiency, Mesa run's an assembly, just get them out there. Hmm, I wonder if that has anything to do with the high number of violation?
