Ever since the purchase of Flexjet management has used every tactic to slow the process down and keep the pilots divided. Refused to provide pilot contact information, forcing pilots to be self motivated to contact the union themselves. Imply they don’t need to pay dues. When the Union informs the company of ho is not paying the contract says the company has to notify the individual, they refuse and use it against the Union claiming the union wants pilots fired. They dragged there feet getting Union members trained thru HR to be able to introduce the new hires to the Union. Scheduled new hire classes when the few trained personnel were on duty flying. You get the picture. Just plain disgusting. Not to mention all of the time spent in court and arbitration. They don’t even follow the court or the arbitrators rulings.
