Does anyone have any numbers of pass fail ratios at Mesa initial training. I've never flown a jet and it's a bit intimidating knowing that there may be a high failure rate. Through experience, I was always under the impression and belief that you are only as good as your instructor. There are as always exceptions to the rules though.
12 in my class I know of 11 that made it through. The 12th I have no idea about. This really isn’t anywhere near as hard as people make it out to be if you just put forth effort and don’t expect it to be spoon fed to you like you are a grade schooler. Unless of course you are in the 7th grade in which case good on you getting a job offer that young.
Remember for most of your career up to this point when being trained you have been a CUSTOMER even if you flew 135 if you trained at flight safety or something like that you were a CUSTOMER. Here you are being trained as an EMPLOYEE, you job as an EMPLOYEE is to study. As long as you do your job it’s fine.
