Allegient doesn't have as big of a demand for pilots then most the other airlines right now. Their page on APC says 14 a month, and if there was a flow it would be much less than that so it would essentially be another recruiting tool rather than career progression for anyone. I agree that allegient isn't that bad of a gig anymore, but a flow there wouldn't be much use for most.
