Probably one of the only down sides I've heard of about this new system. But it's also going to go to senior pilots who have already gotten a green slip before others have had the first, right? Or maybe they'll send those out in a separate/subsequent solicitation?
Why would this change? Wouldn't that required a change to the assignment ladder in the contract?
