Guessing that you are going for a ME ATP so 61.159 applies. 61.159(a)(3) says you need 50 hours ME time of which 25 hours of full flight sim time can be credited towards that 50 hours. Since you have 26 hours of level C sim and will get at least 6 more hours of full flight sim time during the CTP you only need 25 ME time.

61.159(a)(4) says you need 75 hours of instrument time of which 50 can be sim hours if done under a 142 training program. I'd be a bit leery of counting all your sim time as instrument time since there's start up and taxi included.

And 61.159(a)(5) says you need 250 PIC hours of which 100 can be sim hours.

I'd also not put the sim hours in the TT column but just add them to actual aircraft time when you fill out the 8710-1 form but that's just me. Down the road when someone asks how much flight time you have and wants to see the logbook do you tell them "I have 2000 hours of which 32 are full flight sim hours" or "I have 1968 hours and 32 hours in a full flight sim." If your logbook has separate columns for TT and total flight time I guess you can ignore that.
