I'm not at 9E anymore so some of this has changed (for the better), but a big one is how trips are paid.

First, a trip has a 4 hour daily minimum. So if you only fly 1 hour on that day, you still get paid for 4. Logically, a 4 day has to be worth at least 16 hours (although they are worth more than that).

This is as opposed to a trip minimum. Say you fly 7 hours on day one, 1 hour on day two, and 6 hours on day 3 for a trip. That 3 day is worth 17 hours. I don't know if OO has anything like that.

Cancellation pay is 100% leg by leg. Legs are also paid by better of average value (the historical average of the flight) or what you actually fly. My understanding is OO flies the first 15 minutes over for free.



Vacation pay is also based on what you actually fly. So a pilot flying a 900 gets paid 900 pay during vacation (and training), as opposed to OO where all pilots take vacation and training at 200 pay.
