Sounds like you need more than just the resume, I'd do one of the interview consulting firms (Emerald Coats, Cage, etc). They'll cover pretty much everything you need to one degree or another.

These days the computer-based application is how screening is done. The resume is really more of a an opportunity to show you have command of written English, attention-to-detail, and to highlight positive things about you which are interesting/unusual.
