I saw that TSA has been offering a $45K bonus to NHs. Still can’t fill classes. Nobody wants to be stuck at a commuter airline. Seems NHs have wised up to bonus schemes. They are more attentive to QOL, Rsv rules, base options, pay rate/soft pay, Flow/CPP/DGI programs.
