The company started about two years ago. (At least that's when they really started growing). They currently have a handful of Citation 750's and might still have a King Air or two.

With recent announcements at NBAA, they have firm orders or options on an additional 100+ aircraft (I think it was actually closer to 120).

Upgrade time was running 6-12 months earlier this year, but I don't know what it is now. Upgrade is merit based, although I don't believe that they have hired anybody into the left seat recently. (They did hire a bunch of senior IDE guys after that company went under as captains- the DO is former Independence).

From what I've heard (as a result of being repeatedly burned), as a general rule they do not consider applicants that are applying from an airline. If you want to get hired and currently work at an airline, odds are you are going to need to find an "intermediate" step, or have some really strong connections.
