The big variable is whether or not staffing will ever catch up. They wanted to grow by 500 pilots this year and we're up *maybe* 15 from the beginning of the year. The staffing problem isn't going to get better unless they put a damn good TA on the table that beats Endeavor, which is incredibly unlikely. We are critically understaffed and it doesn't seem like anyone in upper management cares.
