I would say, though, that the ball is in SkyWest's court. I'd say the majority of the pilot group has shown their "loyalty" to them, and if they are who they say they are, I'd expect some good things in the near future.
No $19.25 an hour is not competitive. It's actually well below average, near the bottom, its second year and then on that is more than competitive.
I agree, now that 65+% of the pilot group has voted no and I'm sure 80+% of the yes votes are still Pro-SKW, how is Mgmnt going to reward us. As a start they need to increase first year pay and improve some of our QOL policies and that's just a beginning.
