Which demonstrates a fundamental difference in outlook. For most people at Compass it's a milestone on a journey. For many people in other regionals, the regional itself is their intended destination. For whatever reason they are content to homestead and clog up the pathway to advancement of those behind them - unless of course the junior people are willing to go to very undesirable bases under abysmal reserve rules.
It's a valid personal choice of course, as long as the junior people know what they are getting in to. Hopefully they research it enough to make an informed decision.
