FYI, the company wanted to drop reserves down to 70 hours. Yes, cut your first year pay even lower. Keep that in mind if you do actually show up for an interview.
I have an interview this month. I have read many current pilots upset with the company, negotiations, pay, etc... Have read many implying new hires should not bother coming to work at Frontier & that as long as they can continue to hire it doesn’t help on the contract negotiations. If I am lucky enough to get a job offer, and accept, will I be looked at as a guy that didn’t help the cause or will I be welcomed with open arms? It is not my desire to start out on the wrong foot. I want to be a team player.
