Overall, the guys here understand that people have their personal reasons for coming here. You'll be welcomed. Maybe an odd ball or two won't be happy, but they'll forget about it after we get the next contract.

If it comes down to the NMB not agreeing that we are at an impasse. At that point, it becomes more critical for new hires to help the group and wait a little longer.
