No one got hurt, no one got fired, the other passengers informed her that this type of behavior is unacceptable on an airplane or for that matter in civilized society. She will have to face the consequences while she provides the evidence.
The only question, when did it become okay to disrespect authority and the law? It seems to be a new phenomenon, is it being taught by someone?
Long before the Dr. Dao incident, this was the practical solution, if the offender did not get off the airplane, then the airplane was not going anywhere. The response to the Doctor was just bad training or lack of experience by those involved.
This crew did an excellent job, well done.
