All I have done is state what it is like here at Piedmont. We need changes, and we are in a position to force them. I am not going to sit here and have my experiences questioned by someone who has never worked a day here. You are arguing about things you do not know. And worse yet, you are doing it in the spirit of pushing a yes vote. Do what you need to do to convince yourself that you're making the right decision. I think you are. But do not do it in a conversation about how we as a pilot group should vote. Because you are not one of us
