how many years on property to make as much as a Spirit 2nd Year FO....15? Without an upgrade on the horizon, anyone that heads to NJA now is just paying for the privilege of home-basing with woefully substandard rates.
It is more stable than the majority of 91/135 jobs out there, but you aren't making yourself appreciably more marketable with your 400 hours a year of Phenom or Latitude right seat time.
