It can be frozen, but not taken away unless there's a bankruptcy. So take it away if it makes you feel better. You'll still have to work to pay mine and many other's who have accrued a large benefit. Exactly right. Everyone had a choice when the change was made. If you weren't on the property at the time, the Anglers made the choice for you.
