The AS contract does have scope...It protects the transfer of the flying of our current and ordered 737’s. Also, the fact that AS MUST merge the two airlines at all is a function of the AS contract.
So I think knock knock has a great point. Will someone quote the VX Scope language. Oh, and while you are at it, how about posting the Schedueling rules your old contract provides while you are at it.
