You shouldn't be afraid of waiting another year. Ask yourselves if this TA is worth the 3 union votes and the past 3 years of negotiations. Its been a lot of pain and suffering. If you think you're more, then don't be afraid to vote no. We've all invested a lot into this airline and its negotiating, I personally don't think "standard" is worth it for me
