If your training is the entire month with only a couple days of in between training then you could get much more. I ended up with 109 hours one month during training and ioe. My first month was about 70 hours since I had a month break in between Indoc and sims.
This is simply not true, or it was a mistake… I was paid three hours a day plus Per diem from day one of check-in, until my IOE was complete, and I had a three week break in between Indoc and training.

Our new hire training pay/hotel etc. is better than any of the Big 3
