Anyone heard of this? I have a friend who is a NWA Captain. He flies intra-Asia and stops in Guangzhou frequently. I hadn't seen him in a while and he told me FedEx has built and unbelievable complex in Guangzhou and has positioned itself perfectly for the upcoming 5 year project the Chineese government is planning. Their plan is to flood inland from Guangzhou for almost 1500 miles an existing valley and make it a waterway for ships. Guangzhou would become a huge port with FedEx right there ready to ship.
