It’s at their need and their discretion of which square peg to fit into the round hole. It’s actually worse because there’s no way to see how/why they use xxx over xyz reserve. We need a new CBA with some QOL improvements.
At some point I fully expect them to extend even Line Holders and say they're "Protecting the Operation".... Hopefully I'm gone by then.
