I agree. Somewhere else would be best. Maybe look again after the CBA gets done in 2-3 years as is currently set up now between the union and company via lawsuits and arbitrations. If you needed to do open time to cover bills for the medical bills, the union berserkers would eat you alive. The lack of proper training pay and etc in your first year here would eat you also on the company side also.
