Upwards of 20 cancellations a day for lack of staffing, reroutes, junior mans, 6 on 1 off seems to be what a lot of people are saying. Their hiring bubble has burst and people are failing out left and right. I think their long, heck even short term future is extremely questionable at this point. United will be the only ones to keep them alive, AA and DL are slicing away at their regional partners to go more in house, and they seem to be failing at their end of the bargain with United. So even that is dubious.
