Is it the contract we deserve? I dont know, but it is a massive step forward for my QOL and most guys here.
Id like better numbers and some things are hard to swallow but do you actually think if we vote NO that the payoff will be bigger? Maybe Navy... I want scope and work rules NOW and Im not sure sending this back for a bigger bonus is worth the risk.

I agree we should wait and read the final language. But as a 190 driver and the bullet points we were provided this is a slap in the face. It will be a pay cut for me with no more PTO sell back and if vacation is 1 for 1 a concession for everyone in the sum of 20 hours or so.
As far as risking sending this thing back? Not much risk being this is Jetblue and not Spirit or Fronteir. Wake up guys, JB cares about their image and with the impending Summer shortage coming we are in a great negotiating position.
Worst case we wait and bit more for what we deserve. Its not like anyone is in poverty here and is suffering to that point. Lets think like a CFO/CEO and use our leverage! Dont just settle because your union leaders say so. Their job is to sell you a contract that suits you in the most expeditious way.
