Just use Dr. Kitslaar in ORD. He's only there like two days a week but his schedule is online. He's a touch pricey like $125 or something like that and cash only, but the ability to knock out your medical while on a turn is a real nice ability. He is over by F2 gate or something like that. Real close to the G spots.
