Bare with me cause im a newbie, but from what I understand there were grievances that were removed based on the agreement of increased flow, at the same time AA knew all along that they were going to cut back on hiring thus making the agreement useless for us at envoy, is this what's happening? Now the greavances are gone and we are slowly going back to the original flow numbers?
