Those are the rumors I’ve heard.
You don’t have to go by rumors. There is a letter dated 16 May from CR that explains exactly why.
Basically, actual flying in some catrgories changed from what the MOAB was based on. Larger categories for the 737 and A320 have allowed significant credit reductions. Pilot leaves of all types are 30% less than they staffed for.
