Yeah, blame the new hires. I mean never mind the fact that every other Airbus operator has a new deal isn’t enough leverage. As far as I know none of them were really having issues filling classes prior to their respective contracts. I’m sure though, it will be a lot easier with a new contract.
If a guy or gal decides to come to F9, i don’t begrudge them. Seneca you were a new hire once, as was I a few years back. It’s not their fault. We’ve all heard that it’s getting harder and harder to fill classes. The only people to blame are management for having their heads in the sand during the most lucrative time ever at F9. Our day is coming, let’s not throw new hires under the bus.
