It’s the first day of the month after your start date. Start on 5/25, your health kicks in 6/1. Start on 5/2, and it starts on 6/1. It’s not 30 days, but could be depending on your start date.

Plan on 4 Months at $1600 a month, due to OE being backed up
First year pay begins upon completion of OE or four months from hire date, whichever occurs first.
Does your second year pay start at 1 year after your original hire date, or four months later?
