First year pay begins upon completion of OE or four months from hire date, whichever occurs first.
Does your second year pay start at 1 year after your original hire date, or four months later?
That starts from your original hire date. If you start July 15th 2018 then 2nd year will start July 01st 2019. At least that's how mine worked.
