Yeah, this. there is no safety issue with deadheading after your flight duty period, you just don't like it. The Regulations are there for safety, not your personal comfort. That's an issue for your union to take up with your employer next time you negotiate a contract.
Deadhead is work let something happen on that plane and see who the passenger are looking too for resolve.
