Referencing JetBlue their rates only beat us on the Airbus, not the C Series or the 190. If they had a blended rate for 99-178 seats their rate would probably match or be slightly below. The devil is in the details.
To be fair since all we have (right now) are airbus that’s what I’m comparing. All the details aren’t out (that I know of) but I’m pretty sure I also noticed a $13.00 an hour (retained) override for red eyes, higher ltd max then we got as well. Yes I know their health ins is worse then ours that’s why I’m interested to see what it will be. We will see how good it actually is when everything is released, but if anyone’s looking I’d look at JB before us.
