I honestly appreciate your happy go lucky attitude, which is the best way to lead, but the worst way to negotiate.
We do have a great group of pilots.
Management perceives that as a weakness, and they made bank on it.
This is work we are talking about , NOT life.
I love being a pilot, but do not rely on NK for happiness...
