IMHO... I recon its a heck of alot better to wear the nonconforming uniform and collect a paycheck... whilst flying new aircraft... being part of a new healthy team... rather than than being amongst the angry whiners (whose whines are so loud they don't even meet stage III noise compliance).

Again... Go S/B and V/A... make it happen.
