You aren’t nearly as smart as you, think you are, and the guys staying aren’t basing their life decisions on your guidance, so shut up about it and find something else to contribute.

I guess some people are slow learners. You should have learned from the guys that moved on post 9-11 then the music stopped. You should have noticed your former FO's are now at legacies and elsewhere in the left seat with better QOL and way more income than is possible at a regional. The industry is cyclical. The music will stop eventually. I'd rather be anywhere else than a FFD regional that is only a contract away from closing their doors. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.
