YES! I actually had a "whistler" once. A door seal that was whistling. It wasn't even enough to cause any loss of pressure. Of course we landed anyways.
Had a couple door seal whistles while flying ETOPS Hawaii to mainland. Every time it was just water in the seal at takeoff that froze at alt. No big deal....
