Not exactly a good example to use because good AI wouldn't have taken 40 seconds to make a decision. But we are decades from having AI that good.
Its a perfect example. The humans saved everyone. Who knows what the AI would have done. I’ll fly in an AI driven plane once my iPhone can go 10 years without restarting on its own.
